This restores the number of blinks in our eyes to normal and is a remedy for eye fatigue. In addition, the use of goggles and moisturizing eye drops protects against the individual effects of radiation.

A. Nabiyeva noted that going to the doctor for an eye examination varies depending on the condition of the eye:

"People with healthy eyes should be examined by a doctor once a year. For example, people with distant vision problems should see a doctor once every 6 months. In addition, age plays a role. For example, children with strabismus should be examined once every 3 months. Diabetes patients over the age of 40 also need medical supervision within 3 months. ”
